The Playbook for Gender Intentionality in Digital Skilling is a research framework designed to help digital skilling programs embed gender awareness at every stage of design and delivery. Built through in-depth analysis of active programs across India and partnerships with organizations including the Manjari Foundation, Jagriti Enterprise Centre Purvanchal. The Playbook uses a journey-map methodology to trace gender intentional approach across four critical stages: strategy and goal-setting, pedagogy and learning design, delivery context and infrastructure, and post-program support and safety. Rather than offering a prescriptive checklist, it provides program designers, trainers, and policymakers with essential questions and evidence-based practices to ensure digital skilling initiatives genuinely reach and benefit rural women.
